Please visit the Momentum 2022 Event Registration Desk on the Lincoln Chef’s Patio, just off the main lobby entryway, on Tuesday, January 25, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm to pick up your credentials. Should you arrive after 6:00 pm, you may visit the Event Information Desk in the Paradise Ballroom Foyer on Tuesday evening or all-day Wednesday. The minimum age for business meetings and social events is 18, and only registered participants wearing a name badge will be admitted to meetings, meals and social functions. Registered spouses are invited to all meal and social functions.

While there is not a formal program for spouses and guests, there are plenty of activity options
both at the hotel and in the area. The hotel concierge in the main lobby can be of assistance.
Note: registered spouses/guests are welcome and encouraged to attend all meal functions and evening events. Business sessions are limited to registered business participants.
The entire event is Business Casual attire.
Complimentary shuttle transportation to the Phoenix (PHX) Airport will be available Thursday, January 27, from 4:00 am to 12:00 pm, departing from the Front Driveway.

To ensure everyone’s health and safety please review all protocol and follow all guidance below:
Upon arrival visit the Event Registration Desk on the Lincoln Chef’s Patio, just to the left of the main lobby entryway, to complete a COVID-19 health questionnaire and have a temperature screening.
At the Event Registration Desk, you will be provided a care kit. It will include (1) N95 mask, (3) 3-ply masks, sanitizing hand wipes, sanitizing surface wipes, and self-administered COVID rapid test kits.
If you are an international attendee whose return travel requires a negative PCR test, we will have a third-party company performing on-site testing on Tuesday from 3-11 pm. You are required to register at least 24 hours in advance for this test and you will receive a separate email to do so.
Masks are encouraged but not required for those who are vaccinated, however unvaccinated attendees are expected to wear masks.
Unvaccinated Chevron attendees must perform an at-home rapid test before traveling to the meeting and no earlier than 3 days prior. This does not need to be a PCR or proctored test. It is expected that anyone who tests positive will self-report to their supervisor and will not attend the meeting. For this test we are asking that you try to obtain it locally however if you are not able to please reach out to your supervisor by Wednesday 1/19/22 so we can arrange to have one sent to you.
If you have symptoms or feel unwell, it is recommended that you self-test with the provided rapid test kits. If positive, you must quarantine and isolate consistent with local (Maricopa County) requirements which match the CDC.
